Location Data & Information

PropTexx may also request access to or otherwise obtain information about the location of your device when you access associated Services. Your Location Data may be based on your IP address and other location-based technologies. We use this information to provide and improve our services.


Logfile information

Our server logs may receive and record information such as the pages you access, Services, URLs, browser type, operating system, date and time of your visit, and the duration of your visit to each page. Your web browser automatically sends information to every website that you visit, this includes proptexx.com and all associated/affiliated service pages. This may also include user strings.


Unique identification number

PropTexx.com and affiliated service pages may assign your computer or mobile device a unique identification number based on log file information when you access Services. PropTexx may set a cookie on your device that contains, among other things, the devices unique identification number. PropTexx does not share this data with any third party.


Third-Party Service Providers

PropTexx receives information about you from third parties. We may combine the information we receive from third parties with information we collect through the Services. In time PropTexx may buy or sell various assets. In the event that we sell some or all of our assets or our business is acquired by another company, or during negotiations for such a sale or acquisition, our databases and any information we collect may be among the assets transferred or negotiated.
